I started real estate in 1989 and have been serving the great people of Northumberland County ever since. I received my Broker’s license in 1993 and then branched out on my own in 2004. Buying the local franchise from Sutton Group Realty Services, I named my new firm Sutton Group Northumberland Realty Inc. My goal was and continues to be, to provide outstanding real estate services through a small, boutique type brokerage. With that in mind, I purchased the office building at 3 Main Street where I proudly served the Village of Warkworth for over 12 years.

In addition to my career in real estate, I have extensive experience (42 years) in farming. Bringing my passions of real estate and farming together, I moved my Brokerage to my farm location and “REAL ESTATE at the FARM” was born.  

I love the country, the beautiful rolling hills of Northumberland County, waking up on the farm each day and working in the area that my great grandparents settled over a century ago. I have a deep knowledge of the area from Havelock in the north to Brighton in the south and west to the Durham Region. I work with residential sales; farm and vacant land sales; cottages and condos. I like to think ‘outside the box’ and delight in making deals come together and helping people realize their dreams. I take great pleasure in working with strong women, looking to buy or sell on their own.

Honesty, integrity and adherence to ethical business practices are personal traits that keep my client base coming back time and time again. My clients have turned into good friends and neighbours over the last 29 years.
